vehicles and naval vessels. Stabond's Firewall 2K sealant is proven effective at temperatures from

Physik Instrumente (Auburn, MA) introduced the V-574 linear
stage family, a new series of high dynamics nanopositioners with
excellent guiding precision, driven by frictionless linear motors.
Equipped with high-precision crossed-roller bearings installed in a
proprietary process, these stages achieve excellent geometric performance:
the 130 mm variant, for example, features 1.2µm straightness and flatness over the full
travel range, along with pitch and yaw of only 45 and 40µrad, respectively. The V-574 linear motor
