of catheter systems, has launched an extrusion ordering system.
The IQueue online enables engineers to design and instantly order
single-lumen extrusions. Engineers can easily configure their singlelumen
extrusions to precise specifications, receive instant feedback
on design parameters, and place orders directly through the platform.
The tool eliminates the need for lengthy back-and-forth communications and costly
design iterations, enabling faster project timelines and more cost-effective solutions.

n Spray Drug-Delivery Testing
SGS, Geneva, Switzerland, has expanded its spray drug-delivery
testing capabilities at its laboratory in Wavre, Belgium.
Utilizing the latest Malvern Spraytec system, the company can
now accurately measure droplet size in real time during the
spraying event, typically occurring within a fraction of a second.
Per FDA, sprays are classified as combination products,
meaning the formulation and delivery system must be tested
together. To address this, SGS has paired the Malvern Spraytec system with the Mighty Runt
actuator to precisely assess how factors like device actuation - including pump velocity and
force - and droplet size impact drug delivery.

blank preparation. The setup features the P-axis Arobotech,

0.2 Ra. Equipped with six wheel packs, the platform supports the grinding of various tool
shapes in a single setup, eliminating the need for wheel changes. A specially designed hydraulic
pump controls the clamping pressure based on diameter, including up/down pressure,
