DDL offers package
testing in its Eden Prairie,
MN, Irvine, CA, Edison,
NJ locations. Our labs
perform distribution simulation
testing per ASTM
D4169 as well as the sterile
barrier system testing
for seal strength and integrity
per ISO 11607.
Our laboratories house over 80,000 square feet of continuously
monitored environmental chamber storage space for accelerated
aging, real-time aging, stability testing, thermal
shock, thermal performance, and environmental testing.
Testing of medical devices such as Luer fittings, syringes,
needles, catheters, guidewires, infusion sets, cannulae and tracheal
tubes, is done at the Eden Prairie, MN and Irvine, CA locations.
Industrial CT scanning and dimensional inspection services
are now also available in the Eden Prairie, MN lab location.
