technology view of tomorrow with a virtual reality baking experience.

A: Since IBIE is not an annual event, it is important to make a big
impact because we don't have an opportunity to gather together like
this too often. Additionally, we feel it is important to reinforce that
AB Mauri is a baking technology company and not just a yeast and
bakery ingredient provider, and what better way to do that than by
introducing some innovative wrinkles. - Prendergast
Q: Consumers of all kinds are becoming more exposed to the use
of virtual reality every day. Why is it important to introduce this
technology to the baking audience in Las Vegas?
A: First, putting on VR goggles for the first time is memorable, and
you will always recall where you were and what the circumstance
was. Second, we do work in a pretty incredible industry -
baking - and it is important that we remember to celebrate that.
