Hispanics said having fresh food available at c-stores
is very/somewhat important. Fresh foods are more
likely to be purchased for breakfast or lunch, and
hot foods are preferred.
PIZZA TRENDS

Pizza is another trend worth watching, as pizza
consumption in the US is growing. What’s notable is
that gourmet brick-oven pizza restaurants continue

to be on the rise, and now pizzas are featuring more
ethnic foods and flavors. Panaderías can capitalize on this
trend with their own style of pizza, served on anything
from thin crust-style tortillas to thicker crusts made from
bagel dough.
