Las Tortas
El sándwich - almuerzo favorito
de los Estados Unidos y, ahora, la
comida del desayuno - está experimentando un cambio de imagen en
las panaderías y restaurantes hispanos
de todo el país.
Tortas Paquime en Phoenix, AZ,
se especializa en las tortas con grandes
trozos de aguacate fresco. El pan se

las cuatro tiendas minoristas Tortas
Paquime opera una cocina donde
hacen tortas frescas. Cada torta tiene

Desde cuando Moreno Bakery
abrió sus puertas en Tampa, FL, hace
unos cinco años, la tienda ha añadido
una línea de tortas a la parrilla donde
