Most of her pies come in the regular 9-in size, a 3-in “mini” size, and a two-bite size. St. Jean says people order through the window mainly during the morning rush — she offers a $5 savory breakfast mini pie and coffee deal as a window special. Inside Nido a small bar with three or four stools, along with a small counter with pies on display, marks PieTisserie’s corner of the restaurant, so you don’t have to sit down for Mexican fare to get a taste of St. Jean’s delectable desserts. St. Jean has gained a number of local regulars since opening in late 2012. “The fact is that people who live and work here really appreciate what I do.” St. Jean says.
