Get creative
Give the customer a fun and creative perspective on
the product. Food bloggers tend to take photos from
their seat, directly in front of the food, at a 45° angle.
Branch out and try one of these perspectives. Here
are a few examples on the right.
Don’t be afraid to experiment
Whether you’re shooting with a $5,000 camera
or an iPhone 5, photographing your baked goods
should be fun. The beauty of digital photography is
there is no limit to how many photos you can take.
Try a variety of settings, angles, lighting scenarios
and compositions until you find what works for you.
Take note so you can replicate those settings for
future shots.
Once you’ve selected the photos you want to use,
share them! Facebook and Pinterest are a great way to
share photos with current and potential customers.
