KSSM In-Pan Cake Slicer

of KRUMBEIN slicing equipiment in North America, as well
as the Caribbean. This includes the KRUMBEIN KSSM Series
of in-pan cake slicers.
The KSSM series of in-pan cake slicers are perfect for slicing
sheet cakes, brownies, and other baked goods directly in
their pan. This is ideal for caterers or bakers who may bake
and vend their baked goods by the slice or portion.

Erika Record Baking Equipment is pleased to feature the KSSM, In-Pan Cake Slicer at IBIE 2013. This is the
KSSM's first appearance at IBIE. This user-friendly slicer features adjustable cutting blades on both lower
and upper slicing decks. This enables the user to cut both length and width wise without having to adjust
the blades in between passes. The end is result is being able to quickly slice multiple baked goods, while
still inside their pan; and not having to continuously reset the cutting blades.

How does this product address key consumer trends and current needs in the marketplace?
The KRUMEBIN KSSM, In-Pan Cake Slicer is unique to the marketplace in that it allows bakers and confectionary processors to slice their baked goods directly in the baking pan. Traditionally, a more expensive
ultrasonic slicer must be used in order to slice baked goods in their pan. However, the KKSM provides
clean, linear cuts for items such as sheet cakes, brownies, etc. at a fraction of the cost of ultrasonic slicers.
