our growth with quality products, and we
can tell based on the demand from our
customers, " Miguel says. " BakeMark has

always bringing samples with the reps. And
being able to be at their presentation is a
big factor. "
El Porvenir sells many conchas and
croissants. In addition, the bakery is
popular for its signature cakes for weddings
and quinceañeras.
" We depend on a Cake Mix Called 123
White and Yellow Cake Mix. I've been using
this product since we were in California, "
Miguel says. " Also we depend 100% on
Mantecada Mix, 1440 Yeast Raised Donut
Mix, Trigal Dorado Whipped Topping,
and the Trigal Dorado Margarines. These
products are must to have always. "
