0.5-in. The high-strength
M1230 belt is designed to combine
cleanability with high tensile strength

These dough balls are then deposited
to the intermediate proofer to relax
for approximately 10 minutes. Next, the
KB Matic Heavy Duty Press flattens
the dough balls using either hydraulic or
pneumatic pressure and heat. The
KB Matic Oven bakes the tortillas
with steady high heat. The final step
prior to packaging is the cooling conveyor. The tortilla line produces 6,000 to
24,000 flour tortillas per hour and is fully
automated, allowing a touch of a button
to change recipes and product.
