This package for shipping and preparing
baked food products includes a receptacle
containing the food product, a baking shield
above the receptacle and a shipping carton.
To prepare for shipping, the baking shield is
placed at the bottom of the receptacle and
is configured for a nesting fit. The baking
shield may have either a frustoconical or
concave trough-like sidewall.

Flour dough is prepared by adding an
enzyme that, under favorable conditions,
hydrolyzes a glycolipid and a phospholipid.
The enzyme is incapable of hydrolyzing
a triglyceride and/or a 1-monoglyceride.
The dough is then mixed and prepared for
improved bread quality.

A mould for forming compound
desserts in a dome shape consists of a base
pan with multiple dome-shaped bowl
forms shaped into the pan. A second top
sheet pan having similar
but smaller diameter
dome-shaped
bowls than
the bowls
of the base
sheet is
placed
on the
base sheet
pan. The top
sheet is mounted in the base sheet so the
bowls nest. Fasteners hold both sheets
together to prevent separation caused by
the expansion of the baking batter of the
dessert. The end result is a bowl-shaped
baked dough or cake.
