The Peerless Group, a premier commercial bakery
equipment manufacturer whose brands include Peerless, Fedco, Peters, Royal and Supergrain, seeks an
International Account Executive for our Peters brand
of sandwiching and related equipment for the Biscuit
and Cracker Industry.
Candidates will be responsible for sales and
business development of the interational markets,
with a multi-million dollar sales target, calling on
prospective customers directly as well as managing
a network of agents. Position reports to the Vice
President-Sales. Will be required to provide forecast
of sales orders as well as some product management and feedback to Engineering group for potential
development. Additional product lines and opportunities may be added over time.
The position pays a competitive base and has
bonus/commission targets. The Peerless Group has

Education and Experience:
Qualified candidate should have a minimum of
5 years experience in sales with greatest weight
given to candidates with prior experience in sales
of capital equipment, especially those in the bakery
industry and/or high-speed packaging/bottling
equipment sales.

* Oversee all service invoicing and record keeping
* Assist Parts department with customer issues
* Develop customer training tools

Oven Engineer
Responsibilities:
* Understand the needs of the bakery market and create
designs to meet or exceed performance expectations
* Analyze profit margins and set pricing on ovens in line
with market
* Develop Sales tools to assist customers in calculating
payback of new investment due to increased energy
efficiency and other cost savings features
* Provide new application analysis and engineering
support during the sales process
* Review and Approve each Oven Order
* Track each oven through the manufacturing process to
ensure quality standards and order specifications are met
* Assist customers and service team with start-up and training
Required Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
* At least 5 years experience in machinery manufacturing
environment
* Competence in Autocad, Solid Edge and Microsoft
Applications
* Knowledge in Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical Circuits,
Welding, etc.
* Proficiency in thermodynamics and heating systems
(gas, oil and electric)
* Experience and understanding in bakery operations
