The board of directors of
The Kellogg Company,
Battle Creek, MI, elected
David Mackay c.e.o. effective Dec. 31. Mr. Mackay
will succeed Jim Jenness,
MACKAY
who will continue as a chairman of the
company and member of the board.
Alan Harris, chief marketing and customer officer, will retire at the end of January 2007. Mr. Harris joined Kellogg in 1984
as a product manager and has held a variety
of leadership positions with the company.
The executive committee of the American
Egg Board, Park Ridge, IL, selected Joanne
C. Ivy to succeed Louis B. Raffel as president and c.e.o. upon his retirement at the
end of 2006. Ms. Ivy currently serves as the
company's senior vice-president.
Flowers Foods Bakery Group, Thomasville,
GA, named Larry Ruth president of Leeland Baking Co., in Houston, TX. Mr. Ruth

succeeds Robert L. Cummings, who passed
away unexpectedly in May.

Flowers Foods Specialty Group's food service division named Bob Hysell to the 2007
board of the International Foodservice
Manufacturers Association (IFMA). Mr.
Hysell is responsible for Flowers' food service sales, marketing and operations.

Lucas, current president, to
group c.e.o. Mr. Lucas will
succeed founder and chairman, John Turkington.
