12P-06 high-speed depositors are designed
for "portion controlled"
sweet goods as well as
mini muffins, snack
cakes and brownies.
These multi-piston machines deposit up to
1,000 units per minute. The high-speed depositor allows
bakers to produce portion-controlled and mini products

The Titan mixer offered by Gemini Bakery Equipment Co./Werner & Pfleiderer
is a double-tool industrial mixer. Equipped
with an Allen-Bradley PLC, the mixer can

TUNNEL WASHER
The JEROS 200XL tunnel washer can clean, sanitize and
dry up to 300 trays, baskets or crates per hour. It handles items
up to 18.5 in. tall and 25.5 in. wide. The 200XL's washing action requires no hold-down of items in the wash tunnel. A long
neutral zone ensures complete rinsing
and sanitizing. Baskets, trays and crates
are placed within the rails atop the
unit and pushed to the in-feed end
by the next item to be washed,
thus enabling single-person operation. Arriving at the opposite
end, the items are gravity-fed into
the machine. Options include automatic soap and sanitizer dosage,
after-rinse heater and blower for
even faster drying, adjustable conveyor speed
