Mark Salman, president, Middleby Bakery Group, introduces its brands to the industry.

said Mark Salman, President of Middleby Bakery
Group (MBG).
After spending 30+ years running bakeries,
starting one using a Middleby oven back in the
'80s, Mark knew well that the heart of a quality
baked product lies in the thermal part of the production process (Proofing, Baking & Cooling).

* Spooner Vicars will introduce its latest lamination APEX 400 series for the biscuit and cracker

* Auto-Bake is taking its serpentine baking systems into the bread category and will be introducing its latest pan tracking technologies.

New faces of MBG
As Middleby Bakery Group continues to expand and
offer the best possible baking solutions in a variety of
sectors, the company recently introduced new players
and company veterans to serve customers and bring a
new level of unity to the group as a whole.
Rick Rodarte, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Rodarte started with the company
16 years ago as a unit equipment engineer for Stewart Systems. Over the
years, he has learned the company's
process front to back, making him an
integral piece of their success.
Scott McCally, Vice-President of Engineering
Mr. McCally started with the company in
2010 as a thermal product manager for
Stewart Systems. In his tenure, he has
led several of the company's notable
innovations such as the "Texas Titan," the
world's largest conveyorized oven.
