WHEN SHOULD BAKERS START STOCKING UP
ON BAKERY SUPPLIES IN ADVANCE OF THE
HECTIC HOLIDAY SEASON?

supplies at least 2 months in advance. This gives the
bakery plenty of time to plan out which cake formats and
designs they are going to feature during the holidays; as well
as time for ordering, arrival, and execution. As we all know,
the bakery is a hustling and bustling place and advanced
preparation can make the biggest difference."
