Silo unloading systems
Founded in 1865, Morillon is a French

systems. Spirogyre sweep augers are
designed to reclaim remaining freeflowing
products (wheat, corn, barley,
pellet) once the gravity effect has
been completed in flat-bottom silos.
The Hydraugyre is specifically
designed to unload difficult flowing
products, heavy or light, powdery or
fibrous, dry or damp. Its heavy-duty
Archimedean screws combined with a
360° planetary screw ensures the " first
in/first-out " process.

CC Xtreme Duty Low
Profile buckets
Tapco introduced patented CCXD-LP
(CC Xtreme Duty Low Profile) buckets
with " distinctive breaks " on the bottom
for clean discharge and low-profile
backs for closer spacing on the belt.
They are available in 7-, 8-, 9- and
10-inch bucket projections, in
polyethylene, urethane and nylon.
Tapco stocks more than 1 million
elevator buckets in 178 sizes and
15 million elevator bolts in 60 sizes.

Cleaners
Grain chillers
Denis Company, founded in 1855, has
developed a wide range of cleaners
and rotary drum cleaners. Cleaner
models SVD 100, NSD 1, 2 or 3 can
achieve capacities from 1 to 100 tph.
Numerous combinations of screens
are possible allowing scalping and
performing sorting, an efficient
dusting thanks to a double aspiration
and a self-cleaning rubber ball system.
The range of rotary drum cleaners can
achieve capacities up to 400 tph in
cleaning and 60 tph in grading. They
have a wide cleaning surface and an
efficient aspiration system. They can
work on pre-cleaning, scalping,
cleaning and sorting or grading of all
kinds of cereals and grains.
Consergra produces the Conserfrio
grain chillers. Conserfrio chillers are
used for the natural, safe and costeffective
preservation of grains,
oilseeds, nuts, pulses, green coffee
beans, pellets and many other
granulated perishable products.
Consergra was established in 1969.
Throughout the years, Consergra
achieved experience in grain
conservation through cooling. The
system is easily applied in hopper and
flat bottom silos and concrete and
steel warehouses, and is suitable for
mild, hot, tropical and desert climates.
