Show Logistics IBIE 2013 General Information Registration Coat/Luggage Check The Registration Area/Badge Pick-up for Exhibitors and Attendees is located in the southwest corner of the North Hall – N3. Volunteer check-in is in Room N262. Coat and luggage check services are available at the FedEx/ Kinkos Business Center in the Grand Concourse Lobby. Limited services, cost per bag and hours of operation may vary. Special Rules First Aid Children 12 years of age and younger (including infants that are carried in a body carrier or stroller) are not permitted on the exhibitor floor. This rule will be strictly enforced by IBIE Management for safety and insurance purposes. A First Aid station, staffed by a licensed EMT, is located on the Grand Concourse Lobby, near the Security office. In the event of any situation requiring prompt emergency handling – fire, police, ambulance – within the Las Vegas Convention Center, proceed at once to the first aid center or call (702) 892-0711 for in-house Security. Building Security will handle all contact with the official service agencies. Cameras are strictly prohibited on the show floor. Exceptions are authorized members of the media. Camera passes for media members are available in the Media Information Center located in Room N243. Allied Baking Associations, Organizations & Publications Be sure to visit the allied association, baking organization and industry publication booths located on the exhibit floor and in the Grand Concourse Lobby. All participating organizations are listed in the exhibit guide of this program. Each publication will also have show issues displayed in several publication bins located in the registration area and the Grand Concourse Lobby. ATMs Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are located throughout all lobbies of the Convention Center, including the North Hall and Grand Concourse Lobby. 20 I Lost and Found Inquire at the IBIE Show Management Office N249 regarding lost articles. Similarly, turn in any lost items you may find to Security, an IBIE staff member or the IBIE Show Office. Area Transportation Car Rental Dollar Rent-a-Car is offering IBIE 2013 participants special discounted rates. Call Dollar directly at (800) 800-4000 and reference code CM0077. Monorail The Las Vegas Monorail Company provides transportation service that runs along the Las Vegas resort corridor and connects nine major resort properties and the OFFICIAL IBIE SHOW DIRECTORY Las Vegas Convention Center. The 4-mile route will stop at the following seven stations: MGM Grand; Bally’s/Paris; Flamingo/Caesars Palace; Harrah’s/The Quad; Las Vegas Convention Center; LVH; and the Sahara. The Las Vegas Monorail will operate from 7:00 AM – 3:00 AM, Friday – Sunday and 7:00 AM to 2:00 AM, Monday – Thursday. The cost to ride the system is: $5 one-way; $12 for a one-day unlimited pass; $22 for a 2-day unlimited pass; $28 for a 3-day unlimited pass; or $36 for a 4-day unlimited pass. Tickets may be purchased at any of the seven stations listed or at a ticket vending machine located in their hotel lobby. Parking P Parking is available at the Convention Center’s Gold and Silver lots for $10.00 per car. Anyone leaving the Las Vegas Convention Center and planning to return the same day can get his or her ticket stamped for reentry. Vehicles taking up more than one standard parking space will be charged accordingly upon entry when paid parking is in effect. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Complimentary Shuttle Service Shuttle buses are available during peak hours to and from Official IBIE Hotels for guests who reserved their rooms through the Official IBIE Housing Partner, onPeak Housing. Buses will run daily, approximately every 15 minutes from 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Check the lobby of your hotel and signage at the bus loading docks at Convention Center for a full schedule and pick up locations.
