better known as "BOB," will be held
Saturday, Sept. 7 in conjunction with IBIE
2019. The all-day program is designed
for people with less than 10 years of
experience in the baking industry. The
focus is Retail and Retail/Wholesale (back
door) and is brought to you by The RPIA
Group®. BOB is a full day with 2 breaks
and a lunch break (on your own). Rick and
Randy are your key speakers for the day
with 90+ years of experience between
them. We also have a credit card expert
that will shock you on what you did not
know and a social media expert who will
outline how to use and measure your
results-fresh information presented
by some one who does social media
marketing as part of her job! Speakers try
to answer questions on breaks and at the
