The SD-36 from Douglas Machines Corp. is a batch washer that cleans
a variety of containers and offers customization to meet the needs of the
baking and snack industries. The front-loading system cleans multiple
container types in the same wash cycle using as little as 120 gallons of water.
It processes up to 10 batches
per hour with a sheet pan
capacity of 36 per batch. The
lower half folds down to provide
a space-saving drain table
and comes with data loggers for
food safety documentation and

COOKIE PACKAGING SYSTEM WITH VARIOUS
FLOW-PACK FORMATS
Cavanna's flow-pack machines now include the XTS transport system and
EtherCAT communication technology from Beckhoff. The new system can
package 4,200 cookies per minute after they have been compiled into slugs.
In addition, the machine can package the cookies in various flow-pack formats
at speeds of up to 130 packages per minute with up to 32 cookies per
package. The cookies
can be round,
rectangular or
square shaped.

The formulations are based on plant extracts and feature synergistic oxidation

to tocopherols. Guardian Synerox HT has been shown to reduce
frying-oil waste by a minimum
