HANDTMANN (BOOTH NO. 3575) valveless depositing, rotary dough
ball and vario-mixing technologies are in action at IBIE 2022.
Each can stand alone or be integrated into new or existing
lines. The combination of gentle to harsh mixing capability and
shorter batch times delivered by the Handtmann Inotec Variomix
with its independently controllable spirals is being demonstrated.

Gram-precise dough balls are produced on the Handtmann
Rotary Dividing line for pizza dough to demonstrate its accuracy
at even the highest speeds. The new Handtmann Valveless
Depositing for smooth or chunky fillings is designed for laminating
lines and pocket products. Using patented reverse-suction
technology, he said, it delivers accurate continuous or spot
depositing in 5- to 500-gram portions in flexible 2- to 24-lane
configurations at up to 200 cycles per minute.
For small bakeries, the Handtmann Hand Depositor offers
increased depositing productivity that boosts volumes dramatically,
reduces giveaway with automated portioning and simplifies
operations.
