industry are actually done using a pretty
classic technique, that's right, good ol' fashion
painting! We don't often think of using our
cake as a literal canvas, but it really is one of
the best (and most delicious) ones out there!
In this session, you will become the Seurat
of sweets, the Van Gogh of vanilla, or if your
anything like me, the Jackson Pollock of
patisserie. Join me for a session that would
make even the master Bob Ross envious!

Edible Flowers for Bridal Cakes

learn how to make beautiful edible flowers
with Phyllo dough. We will teach how to
properly work with Phyllo dough, to add
color, to fold and create them, to highlight
and shine, to assemble and decorate - from
start to finish! The course involves how to
create several beautiful flowers with color and
highlights. Edible phyllo flowers are used as
decorations for Quinceañera, Bridal Shower
and Wedding Cakes. Learn methods to create
phyllo flowers that will be profitable and fun!
Attendees will work with ingredients and
tools as they learn this new technique. Fully
bilingual (English/Spanish) workshop.

groom). Using craft cutters, punch out shapes
that are very lightweight and can be easily
applied to your cookies. Or create lightweight
edible lace decorations for your cookie
design. Create stained glass cookies two
ways: applied into cutout voids or created on
top of the cookie for a 3D effect.

an embellishing transfer press for Victorian
scrolls and designs from any wedding

will be learning a new way to do brush
embroidery as well. This technique is very
easy, inexpensive and impressive way to make
your wedding cakes an original design, one of
a kind.
