This session will cover solutions to extend
the shelf life of baked good products. DSM
will present its new solutions on preservation
systems that contribute to shelf-life
extension without affecting the taste or
texture of baked goods. DSM's patented
preservation solutions can lessen the use
of raw materials such as yeast, due to the
reduction of calcium propionate and is easy
to use. Our preservation solutions are locally
produced in the Midwest, enabling security
of supply. The results are the improved
preservation of baked goods as well as cost
savings to the baker.
