The Las Vegas Monorail provides a quick and reliable
transportation alternative for leisure and business travelers
on the Las Vegas Strip. Directly connected to several
resort hotels as well as the Las Vegas Convention Center,
the Monorail is the most convenient way to get around the
Strip in just minutes.

Parking
Parking is available at the Convention Center's DIAMOND,
SILVER or BLUE lots for $10.00 per car. Anyone leaving the
Las Vegas Convention Center and planning to return the
same day can use their receipt for reentry. Vehicles taking
up more than one standard parking space will be charged
accordingly upon entry when paid parking is in effect.
Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served
basis.
Ride Share
There will be an Uber/Lyft drop available located in the
SILVER and DIAMOND lots.
Guest Services
Business Center
The Las Vegas Convention Center has a partnership with
FedEx for the on-site business center. The center is open
daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and located in the West
Hall Main Lobby. This business center offers the following
services exclusively to guests: faxing, packing, shipping
and receiving, e-mail and Internet browsing, office supplies,
photocopying, signs/posters/banners, business cards and
copy machine rentals. They also serve as the pick-up and
drop-off point for electric scooter rental. For assistance,
please visit a business center on-site, call (702) 733-2898
or e-mail USA5042@FEDEX.COM. You can also call the 24hour
service line at (800) 463-3339.
Food Service
Convention Cafés and Restaurants are conveniently
located throughout the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Check out the IBIE 2022 mobile app for all locations, hours
and other information. The restaurants and concession
stands are open during expo hours.
IBIE Show Management Office (W107)
The IBIE 2022 Show Management office is located in Room
W107, on the first floor in West Hall.
Information Center
IBIE will staff an Information Counter located in the West
Hall Atrium and North Hall Lobby.
International Trade Center (Booth 2433)
For the convenience of our international guests, an
International Trade Center will be located in the West
Hall-Booth 2433. Complimentary refreshments and
meeting areas are available to all attendees who have an
international badge designation, unless entering as the
guest of an international attendee. The lounge is open
during IBIE expo hours.
Internet Access
Free WiFi service is available in public areas of the
Convention Center.
Media Information Center (W214)
Credentialed members of the press have access to a fully
operational Media Information Center, located in room W214
(West Hall, Second Floor). The office will be staffed from
10:30 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday September 17, 9:30 AM to
5:00 PM Sunday, September 18 - Tuesday, September 20
and from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM on Wednesday, September 21.
Admission Badges
Admission badges must be worn at all times while inside
the convention center. Security Guards will be checking
credentials at all entrances into the Expo Hall. Individuals
without proper credentials will not be admitted to the show
floor and will be invited to visit registration to obtain a
badge.
