Parker first joined BakeMark 15 years ago and has held various roles over the years, each with increasing responsibility. During the last few years, Parker has served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations for BakeMark USA. Parker has extensive distribution experience and has been primarily responsible for managing the company’s distribution centers and associated activities including operations, sales, manufacturing and procurement. Prior to joining CSM, Parker initiated a successful startup company which he managed as CEO and President for over 10 years and later sold to Beatrice, a Division of ConAgra Foods, which was later acquired by International Multifoods. During these transitions, Parker served in various sales and advisory roles within the two organizations. CSM also announces that Bill Day, former President and CEO of BakeMark USA and BakeMark Canada, has accepted a senior management role as Executive Vice President of Sales for CSM Bakery Products, one of the nation’s largest sweet bakery manufacturers located in Tucker, GA. Day joined CSM in 2002 and has held several leadership positions of various CSM operating companies over the years. In 2006, Day was named President and CEO of BakeMark USA. Day has extensive experience in the food industry and, prior to joining CSM, held technical, operations and general management positions. “We are confident that Bill’s transition to CSM Bakery Products will have a positive impact on company performance.
