As farmers markets are popping up around the country with growing popularity, the consumer demand for fresh and local produce is becoming increasingly prevelant. Consumers are becoming more concerned with the nutritional value of their food and the origins of their produce. With the abundance of fruits and vegetables in season during the spring, it is much easier and affordable to provide shoppers with a wide selection of healthy, fresh fruits and vegetables that are locally produced.
