Tailgaters who eat in the parking lot at the game need one type of products while homegaters need another. Some tailgaters and homegaters cook their own food, and some prefer the ease of a prepared, ready-to-go meal that gets picked up on the way and served immediately upon arrival. Others want to grill their own meats but pick up ready-to-go sides. Keep your options open on every front when catering to this varied audience. Customers who tailgate at the stadium will prefer food items that are easy to eat while standing and don’t require a lot of plates, bowls and untensils.
