A: Roth Cheese has long been an innovator in bringing adventurous tastes and cultural traditions to its award-winning, American-made
artisan cheeses. Featured at the IDDBA show this summer the Monroe, Wisconsin-based specialty cheesemaker is introducing three
new varieties of Raclette inspired by flavors from around the world. Mediterranean Raclette, 5 Peppercorn Raclette and Roasted
Garlic Raclette join Montanella Original in rounding out the Roth Raclette family. The new globally-inspired line offers shoppers a truly
unique cheese experience combining rich Swiss traditions and the finest Wisconsin craftsmanship.
