* Offer the consumers who are looking for a nice change of pace
something rich and flavorful that's not chocolate or sweets.
Artisan cheeses represent a nice change from the traditional
Valentine's Day fare without sacrificing decadence.
* Customers that find themselves wandering around the store
trying to find a special gift for their loved one might give up
early and move on. Rather than setting up separate displays
at your cheese case, incorporate special Valentine's cheese
offerings into the rest of your Valentine's display. This gives
shoppers that come to your store specifically for the holiday
a one stop location for all things Valentine's.
* Within your display, arrange heart-shaped pieces of your best
