Success full candidate must be able to work in a
diverse and multi-cultural environment. The Buhler
Milling Endowed Chair position will support ongoing
teaching/instructor activities and programs as well
as developing industry short courses.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: B.S. degree in Milling
Science, Process Engineering, or a related ﬁeld,
minimum of 10 years direct experience in the ﬂour
milling or related industry including production or
operating experience, maintenance supervision,
project management, business management. Must
have teaching experience in classroom, seminar
and/or industry setting. Must be able to demonstrate
excellent proﬁciency in spoken and written English.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate should have
senior management experience in the global grain
industry. Proﬁcient language skills in languages
other than English, preferred.
