The Tipper Tie Alpina SwiStick automatically portions, clips, string loops and hangs sausage directly onto smoke sticks.

The SwiStick automatically string loops sausages and accurately deposits them directly onto smoke sticks. The SwiStick’s motorized smoke stick magazine allows continuous hanging and ensures the highest levels of sausage production. The SwiStick safely and precisely hangs sausages in plastic, fibrous and collagen casings with diameters from 20–120 mm and lengths of up to 1,000 mm. It hangs up to 100 loops/minute onto the smoke stick, depending on the product. Up to 22 smoke sticks can be inserted into the motorized magazine. A monitoring system alerts the operator with a visual signal when only a few smoke sticks are left. If the magazine is emptied, the complete line stops automatically.
