Metalquimia’s ‘spray injection’ technology has proven to be the only system capable of injection levels from 5% to 100% without any change to pump pressure, while the company’s QDS (Quick-DrySlice) system is a revolutionary dryingcuring process which has reduced the most time-consuming step of the traditional drying process of fermented sausages and dry-cured cooked meats by up to 30 days.

The Inotec Vario Mix, a mixer with a very gentle mixing action, features two interacting spirals which move in opposite directions, conserving food structure without compressing. The Vario Mix will treat the full spectrum of delicate to aggressive applications, but is particularly well suited for salami and ground meat products, vegetables, fish and seafood. Nu-Meat sources its suppliers from around the world, many of whom have been at the leading edge of developing

and perfecting new technologies for many years. Their network also includes Germos smoke and chill houses, Laska cutters and grinders, and brine mixers and storage systems from leading Italian manufacturer Menozzi.
