Congratulations Steve Kay AMI Honors Meat&Poultry veteran writer, Steve Kay with its Industry Advancement Award Each year, the American Meat Institute presents its Industry Achievement Award to an individual or organization whose professional contributions have significantly and positively affected the meat and poultry industry. This year’s recipient is Steve Kay, publisher of Cattle Buyers Weekly and a regular contributor to Meat&Poultry for the past 25 years. Steve is the first member of the media to receive AMI’s highest honor and is part of an elite group of recipients that includes Dr. James Hodges, Don Tyson and the American Meat Science Association. Meat&Poultry joins AMI and the industry at large in congratulating Steve Kay on this well deserved honor.
