material for thermoforming

material is manufactured
using state-of-the-art
technology with a multilayer
material based on Plantic
bio-based, ultra-high barrier
material. Made from a proprietary starch technology,
the Plantic eco Plastic Flex has extremely low oxygen
transmission rate and has excellent thermoforming
characteristics. It seals to currently available flexible
polyethylene top webs and possesses enhanced hot
tack and seal strength.

The patented Linde Impingement Freezer is ideal
for a range of products - from marinated or formed
chicken or meat products
to prepared foods. In the
patented food-freezing
process, an initial blast of
liquid-nitrogen spray crustfreezes the surface of the food product. Food items are
then impinged from above and below with a robust,
high-velocity flow of nitrogen vapor as they travel
on the belt, maximizing heat transfer. The ultra-cold
gas flows across and around the food product and is
recirculated as the food travels through the freezer.
