Portioning Machine forms
patties and other shapes
up to 4.7-in. diameter with
adjustable weights and
thickness from 3/16 to .95 inches. Powered by a ¾ HP
motor, the Hollymatic R2200 Portioning Machine has a
hopper capacity of 33 lbs.

PFI-1 Picking Finger Installer, a tool specially designed to
install any make and shaped finger up to 5.5 in. (14 cm.)
in length. It is pneumatically powered, maneuverable and
compact (5.9 lbs.), (2.7 kg.) and 12 in. (30 cm.) in length.
Constructed from aluminum and stainless steel, the PFI-1 is
durable and designed for a long service life. Jarvis' picking
finger installer is cost effective by eliminating rubber finger
damage, and speeding the finger installation process.

waterfall-type hot water tunnel

throughput. Stainless steel
