Culinology Expo
Product Award
This year's Culinology Expo featured more than
150 exhibitors with 13 of them submitting their
latest product for consideration for the Culinology
Expo Product Award. Conference attendees determined the winner by casting votes for their favorite
new product.
In the end, Red Arrow received the most votes for
their innovative product, Cherrywood Smoked Sugar.

Inaugural testing for
CRC and CCS exams
The first internet-based
testing for CRC and CCS
exams took place at the
RCA Conference, which
included updated exam
blueprints. Congratulations
to the 19 individuals who
completed the inaugural
testing using the new
software! All industry
professionals can now
take certification exams
from their personal computers. Learn more at

Culinology Cocktail Competition
The 'Un-Barreled' After Hours Party featured
great food, great conversation and, of
course, great drinks - even for those
who were not bourbon enthusiasts.
At the party, four competitors competed in the Culinology Cocktail
Competition to earn the title of
'Star of the Bar.'
Janet Carver from Ingredion
Inc. claimed the top title and took
the coveted rose garland home
with her Passion Hibiscus Orange
86 cocktail.
