roasted chili-corn salsa and shredded romaine lettuce
while the vegetarian option includes 'supergreens,'
brown rice, black beans, fajita vegetables, tomato
salsa and guacamole.
The efforts by both McDonald's UK and Chipotle
Mexican Grill underscore how fragmentation of the
plant-based category is pushing product developers
to formulate plant-based options to fit a variety of consumer preferences. *
