Hanover, PA-based Utz Quality Foods responded
to this trend with its Good Health product line, which
showed strong growth, according to IRI. Good Health
Veggie Straws grew 15.9%, and Veggie Stix reported
6.3% growth.
"Indulgence remains central to snacking, yet at the
same time we see long-term trends supporting further
development and investment into better-for-you snacking," said Kevin Brick, senior vice-president of marketing,
