FDA-compliant nylon elevator buckets
Tapco Inc., St. Louis, Missouri, U.S., has added elevator buckets made from Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-compliant nylon resins to its existing line of buckets. Tapco’s new FDA nylon is compliant with FDA Regulations Title 21 CFR177.1500, 21 CFR175.105, 21 CFR178.2010 and 21 CFR 177.300. All Tapco polyethylene elevator buckets already meet the stringent FDA standards under Food Additives Law and Regulations Nos. 175.300 and 177.2600 and will not leach into or affect the integrity of ingredients used for food products. The nylon and urethane buckets with FDA-compliant resins are available by special order. All Tapco buckets are injection molded from the highest grade of prime virgin resins for superior abrasion resistance and unequaled impact strength. Tapco non-metallic buckets are available in five styles: CC-HD, CC-XD, Low Profile, Super EuroBucket and AA. Tapco’s proven high-ear CC design and rounded front lip provide clean discharge with less damage to the product — so nutrients stay intact.
