with presentations addressing three categories — product protection, employee management, and technical operations. Educational sessions are also scheduled for Thursday morning (see complete education program schedule above). “The mill expansion presentations are always popular, so I think attendees will enjoy hearing Gary Pickelmann speak about Star of the West’s recent expansion,” Farris said. “The Product Protection track will feature several updates to presentations made last year. There will be an interesting presentation on alternatives to managing substance abuse. With the industry’s focus

on safety, this should be of great interest to those in attendance.” IAOM will make all presentations available following the conference in its Live Learning Center with the audio synchronized to the power point. Wednesday also features the Product Showcase in which companies talk to delegates about one of their new products or services, or how they are adapting a product or service from another industry to use in the milling industry. Thursday begins with the IAOM Annual Meeting and Safety Award Breakfast from 7 to 8:30 a.m. The expo follows from 8:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., with
