Registration opens for IPPE, Jan. 26-28, 2016
Registration is open for the 2016 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE)
planned Jan. 26-28, 2016, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia,
U.S. The event is expected to bring together more than 1,250 exhibitors and more than
30,000 attendees. It brings together three trade shows - International Poultry Expo,
International Feed Expo and International Meat Expo.
The event is sponsored by U.S. Poultry & Egg Association (USPOULTRY), the American
Feed Industry Association (AFIA) and the North American Meat Institute (NAMI).
Save $50 through Dec. 31 when registering online at www.ippexpo.org. Registration
includes entrance to the trade show exhibits and select education programs.
The Expo will highlight the latest technology, equipment and services used in the production and processing of animal feed, meat and poultry. Education programs include
AFIA's Pet Food Conference, which covers a variety of topics from regulatory to technical
aspects of production to product claims, marketing and nutrition. The annual educational
session attracts more than 200 attendees from pet food manufacturing to ingredient
suppliers covering all ingredient categories, offering an excellent opportunity to network
with this diverse audience. This year's program includes lunch. Cost is $75 for early-bird

IPPE also will feature several new educational programs including sessions on food
safety, consumer trends and international trade.
The Food Safety Modernization Act - Phase III Training for Animal Feed Production session will update participants on regulatory changes as well as an update on FDA activities on the new regulatory requirements for the act. It will also include a presentation on
energy management for the feed industry.
