刮率为35%,2皮剥刮率为45%。
1皮的剥刮率和提取率是恒定相
等的。但计算2皮的提取率时,
需要使用1皮与2皮的物料百分
比。
本例中,1皮35%的物料被剥刮
下,65%送到2皮。2皮的剥刮率
为45%,因此2皮的提取率则为
65%乘以45%,等于29.25%,即为
与1皮全部小麦的百分比。
其累计提取率则是1皮的35%加
上2皮的29.25%,等于64.25%。
需要注意皮磨系统是否设有八辊
磨,其下面的对辊的剥刮率恰好
是该八辊磨的累计提取率。
另一需要考虑的是,为能更好
地剥刮胚乳或清理不同粒度的麸
皮,皮磨系统常会分为粗皮和细
皮磨。许多粉厂主要依靠粉师的

的产品是否包含在了皮磨系统提
取率计算当中。
皮磨剥刮率的设定

粉厂磨后物料的分配、粒度和质
量特性。理解皮磨系统提取率,

对于确保大量胚乳能从麸皮上剥
下非常重要。在设置皮磨剥刮率
安排表时,还应考虑另外几个因
素,以使每道皮磨的物料分配稳
定。
小麦的类型或其硬度对设定最
佳皮磨剥刮率安排表最为重要。
