NEW GROW PA SCHOLARSHIP GRANT
The new Grow PA Scholarship Grant - for students who complete their degree in PA and take
'in-demand' jobs within the state.
CREATION OF STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION
Aimed at ensuring higher education institutions meet the state's workforce needs and provide access
to affordable, world-class post-secondary education. President Rivera has a seat on this board.

NEW GRANT PROGRAM FOR DUAL ENROLLMENT
Grants awarded to public institutions of higher education offering dual credit opportunities to high
school students, with emphasis on providing courses aligned with high-priority career paths and serving
students experiencing educational instability, low income, and historically under-served populations.
