Dear Friends + Supporters,
We are pleased to present our annual report for the fiscal year 2022-2023, and what a year it has been! Your steadfast
commitment to Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology continues to drive our mission forward, and we are honored to
share some remarkable achievements and milestones we've reached together.
We have experienced a notable increase in enrollment, reflecting the growing recognition of our academic programs.
Additionally, this year, we were proud to witness the largest graduating class in our history, highlighting the dedication
and hard work of our students and faculty. Moreover, we have expanded our program offerings to cater to the evolving
needs of our student body and the job market.
On the construction front, we've broken ground on Phase 1 of our Stevens Avenue Student Home Construction project
site. This ambitious endeavor represents four years' worth of builds that will engage second-year students from
our architecture, carpentry, cabinetmaking, electrical, plumbing, masonry, HVAC, and civil engineering programs in
constructing a home from the ground up. It's a testament to our dedication in preparing our students for thriving careers
post-graduation and exemplifies our commitment in hands-on, practical education.
We've witnessed significant growth in alumni donors this year. Our alumni are not only achieving great success in their
respective fields, but also giving back to their alma mater. Their support serves as an inspiration to current students,
showcasing the power of a Thaddeus Stevens College education.
Our partnerships with industry leaders and community partners have also reached new heights. Companies like Allen
Myers, Inc. and the Justamere Foundation, among so many others, have supported our mission to provide quality
education and opportunities to our students. This support is invaluable, and we look forward to further collaboration in
the years ahead.
In our commitment to accessible education, we've established eight new endowed scholarships. These scholarships
will provide lasting support to deserving students, ensuring they have the resources needed to excel academically and
achieve their dreams.
Recognizing the challenges many of our students face, we've also been able to provide students with funds to support
emergent needs in an effort to remove barriers that may impact their academic success. Your contributions are making a
direct and positive impact on the lives of our students, enabling them to focus on their studies and personal growth.
As we reflect on these accomplishments, we remain deeply thankful for your unwavering generosity and loyalty to
Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. Your support empowers us to strengthen workforce development efforts
statewide and expand resources and opportunities for our students, all while staying true to our mission to ensure our
students have a pathway to prosperity.
The future is bright, and together, we will continue to shape the next generation of skilled professionals who will make a
