Fall 2021
W
hile it is still summer based on the calendar and the weather, the
fall 2021 semester at Thaddeus Stevens College is underway!
We welcomed back nearly 1,300 students for the fall 2021 semester,
representing the classes of 2022, 2023, and 2024 for our pre-major
students.
The first students to arrive on campus for the fall semester were
members of the Bulldogs football team, followed by new students, and
then returning students. Throughout the move-in process, students
were oriented to the campus, learned about clubs and campus
activities, enjoyed food trucks, and experienced what the Lancaster
community has to offer.
Our fall semester is guided by a COVID-19 Health and Safety Plan that
calls for all labs and shops to be held in person, and expanded campus
housing with two students per dorm room. The Plan puts the health
and safety of our faculty, staff, and students first. The plan focuses on
prevention and minimizing the spread of the virus - on-site vaccine
clinics, mandatory masking regardless of vaccine status throughout
the College's locations, masking, and social distancing at the core of
the plan. The Health & Safety Plan is posted to the College website,
and continues to evolve with conditions and as the CDC updates its
guidelines.
We look forward to an exciting year with our students on
campus, and wish all of our students, faculty, and staff a
safe, healthy, and productive academic year 2021/2022!
