CLASS OF 2022
COMMENCEMENT
Thaddeus Stevens College celebrated the
achievements of the Class or 2022 with a
commencement ceremony held Sunday, May 22,
2022 at Clipper Stadium in Lancaster, PA. More
than 445 students received their diplomas.
T
he commencement ceremony included a virtual congratulatory
message from Secretary of the US Department of Education,
Dr. Miguel Cardona. Commencement speakers were three
students who shared their experience and success at Thaddeus
Stevens College. Speakers included: Chadwin Williams, Engineering
CAD Technology; Mannie Rivera, Business Administration; and Alycia
Torello, Electrical Construction Maintenance. Torello also served
as Student Government Association President, and previously
graduated from Thaddeus Stevens College with a degree in
Carpentry Technology.
The Distinguished Service Award was presented to Robin Stauffer,
Executive Director of High Foundation. Governor Tom Wolf and
First Lady Frances Donnelly Wolf were awarded Honorary Doctorate
degrees, and provided a recorded message to the graduates.
