community colleges respond to the
educational needs of all people and their
local, state and global communities. SUNY's
30 Community Colleges provide access
to higher education by offering certificate
programs and associate degrees, as well as
transfer and career services. Many of the
community colleges also offer on-campus
living. Students benefit from smaller classes,
flexible course scheduling and affordable
career exploration.
