市场观察 边缘背光LED TV是当前量产主流,CCFL背光TV将消失 » 上接12页 一个高压二极管、一个大电感 (8.2mH@220mA)和一个用于调光的 外部N沟道FET组成,但MP4600不 仅集成了开关FET,而且开关频率可 高达1MHz以上,这使得它的外部组 件只需一个小电感(75µH@320mA)、 一个低压肖特基二极管和一个用于调 光的外部N沟道FET,成本和尺寸都 可大幅降低。 尽管直接矩阵式LED背光架构能 够实现根据屏幕显示图像来调节每个 局部区块的背光强度,这不仅可使得 LED TV更省电,而且可使得实际显 示的图像更具真实感,但之所以目前 只有少数高端大尺寸LED TV在使用这 一背光架构,是因为该架构需要将多 串LED进行并联,而由于即便同一条 生产线上出来的LED均匀性和可靠性 也是各不相同,因此相同个数的LED 串的电压常常并不相同,再加上实际 工作时出现的LED开路或短路问题, 每串上的电压降是不同的,此时如何 防止每串LED之间的干扰,继续保持 每串LED上的电流精度,便成为一个 很大的问题。 Richard K.
