Getting Ready to Open
THIS NOVEMBER WE INVITE YOU TO EXPERIENCE EZELL RECREATION COMPLEX, CLIFTON
COVE PUTTING COURSE AND THE SOUTHERN OAKS CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF CLUB
ocated in the southeastern most area of The Villages,
Sawgrass Grove is a true multi-use area that
combines all things recreation, a market place, live
outdoor entertainment, food, and a variety of golf all in
one location.
While today you may still see construction
happening in the Sawgrass Grove area, teams
have been hard at work finishing up the Ezell
Recreation Complex, the Clifton Cove Putting
Course and the Southern Oaks Championship
Golf Club. As we wrap up the end of the
summer growing season, the greens, fairways and
putting course have grown in nicely, the sports
pool is full, and the courts are ready for Villagers
to bring all these amenities to life.
We caught up with John Rohan, Recreation
& Parks director, and Ken Roshaven, executive
golf director, to get a sneak peek what residents
can expect to enjoy beginning November 13th.
